The Cheerleaders and Gymnasts

7 Gymnastics and Cheerleading teams  battled it out at Springs Academy on the 4th of February for a place in the South Yorkshire School Games.

As always all the children tried incredibly hard to show off all their skills and what they can do making it a brilliant event for everyone there.  It is always great to see such an enthusiastic group of cheerleaders and gymnasts trying the sport for the first time or showing what they already know.

Springs Academy and Notre Dame KS4 Cheerleaders made it to the final so a massive well done to them and hopefully a great result in the final!

Gymnastic Judges

7 KS4 pupils from Notre Dame have successfully completed their Introduction to Judging award run by British Gymnastics. This has allowed them to use their gymnastics knowledge to judge at the primary key steps gymnastics competition.  This has been re-arranged to take place on Friday 1st March at Notre Dame High School.
