National School Sport Week

 

Great Attendance by All Schools

With over 2000 children attending the National School Sport week event at the EIS in Sheffield, it was a great success and incredibly fun for everyone involved.  We had many schools in attendance with Bradfield Dungworth, Stocksbridge Infants, Pipworth, Emmaus, Arbouthorne, Phillimore and Norfolk Community Primary.

The Results

Well done to all the schools who took part, without everyone it wouldn’t have been the exciting event it was!

The overall standings for the schools was:

24th June

1st – Pipwroth

2nd – Emmaus

3rd – Norfolk

 

26th June 

1st – Prince Edwards

2nd – Stocksbridge

3rd – Norfolk Park Primary

27th June

1st – Phillimore

2nd – Wybourn

3rd – Bradfield Dungworth

 

A big thank you also goes to the 60 Sports Leaders from Hillsborough College, Stocksbridge High School, Springs Academy and Phillimore Primary School.  Without your help and support the event wouldn’t have been the success it was!

Also another big thank you to the school teacher who helped make the event possible and for bringing the children to compete.
