Ice Skating, Bumper Cars, and Curling!
Today students from across Sheffield took part in an Ice Skating, Bumper Cars, and Curling Festival, and a curling competition!
The morning started with the special schools students participating in an Ice Skating, Bumper Cars and Curling festival. Some of the students acquired new skills in Curling, and were quite good at it too!
The afternoon saw three Curling competitions, one for adults, one for secondary school students, and one for students from the mainstream IRUs. All of the participants tried really hard, and they impressed us all how much they improved throughout the afternoon!
Overall it was fantastic to see so many students participating in the event, enjoying the competition, and making new friends! Well done everyone!
