Boosting Activity Levels Through Rowing!
Some of you may have recently seen the BBC News article about how ‘one in three children are not active enough’, and that one London Borough are looking to change that through Rowing. Well, here at Links SSP we have been doing just that – which has culminated in an incredible rowing event this half term!
We saw 16 of our schools attend for the Rowing competition which took place in October! It was a brilliant event, and great to see so many schools there! Everyone worked incredibly hard, and tried their best to get more active! Not everyone found it easy, but their grit and determination enabled them to succeed!
Well done to everyone involved – keep up the hard work, and keep moving!
