WPBSA Cue Zone into Schools Sheffield Disability Finals Day

HomeCueZone Into Schools

Our schools took part in the WPBSA Cue Zone into Schools Sheffield Disability Finals Day this year, which took place during the Snooker World Championships.

The specialist schools cluster took part in the event, at which each pupil competed in some games of snooker, and the 60 second challenge (in which pupils have to pot as many red balls as possible in 60 seconds).

The winner won a television and a trophy, and all of the other students received a brand new snooker cue and case to take away with them.

The event was filmed by IMG Media UK, and put on the BBC during the interval for the World Snooker Championships.  The film that was shown can be seen below.

Well done to all of the students who participated in this event, it was fantastic to see so many of you there!
